My SpectrioOne Media Player is Displaying a Red Light Instead of a Blue Light

If the SpectrioOne Media Player is displaying a red light instead of a blue light, a manual reboot to your SpectrioOne Media Player should resolve the issue. 

1. Using the remote, aim at the device and hit the power button on the remote. If this does work, continue to step 2.
2. Remove the small round power cord from the Spectrio video player.
3. Wait 15 seconds.
4. Reinsert the power cord in the Spectrio video player.
5. The player will automatically reboot after 5-10 seconds. Please do not press any power buttons on the remote control or player itself.
6. Once completed, please email video support at [e-mail] or call 800.584.4653 x6504 to verify that the reboot has resolved the issue.
